Elite's own Adele Auva'a has been named a 2026 NSW/ACT Nominee Spotlight at the 7NEWS Community Achievement Awards, in the AV Partners Leadership and Innovation Award category, for her work with The CARE Academy.
About The CARE Academy
The CARE Academy is a Canberra youth program that Adele runs for high school aged young women. It teaches resilience and physical literacy through four themes: Care About You, Care About Me, Care About Them and Care About Us. It is delivered in small groups of up to 15, and Adele's aim is to reach one million young women.
